About Kim

    For over 26 years, Kim has been providing therapy to couples, adults, and adolescents, in a variety of outpatient settings as a therapist and clinical supervisor. Her treatment approaches include Imago Relationship Therapy, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and psychodynamic principles, which focus on childhood experiences.

       Kim earned her M.S. in Counseling Psychology in 1991 from Northeastern University.  In 1989, she graduated with honors from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where she majored in Psychology.  Kim is a Certified Advanced Imago Relationship Therapist, National Certified Counselor and Approved Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor in Maryland.  She serves on the Board of MAIT (Mid-Atlantic Imago Therapists), and is a member of Imago Relationships International and the American Counseling Association.

   Kim is the owner of The Dreaming Tree Counseling, a professional space where therapists practice independently and collaboratively.
